We work together to gently revisit childhood and soul-level experiences where wounding occurred — offering those parts of you what they needed most: acknowledgment, presence, and compassion.
This process helps release pain that may be unconsciously shaping your adult life, freeing you to live with more peace, clarity, and self-love. It’s subtle, profound work — and deeply transformative.
Compassion Key® is a healing modality developed by Edward Mannix. The core idea is that by directing pure compassion to the parts of us that experienced pain, shame, rejection, or trauma, we can dissolve the energetic imprints of those experiences.
Compassion Key is unique in its simplicity and depth. It doesn't require reliving trauma, but instead brings gentle, transformative presence to the parts of us that have been silently carrying pain for years — sometimes lifetimes.
